1. General Agreement & Ownership

The Website Owner, including subsidiaries and affiliates (“Website” or “Website Owner” or “we” or “us” or “our”) provides the information contained on the website or any of the pages comprising the website to visitors (cumulatively referred to as “you” or “your” hereinafter) subject to the terms and conditions set out in these website terms and conditions, the privacy policy and any other relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices which may be applicable to a specific section or module of the website.

The term 'Mritsa Tours and Travels' or 'us' or 'we' refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is at No 14, Ground Floor, Sri Vigneshwara Nilaya, 15-A Cross, Bhuvaneshwari Nagar, Hebbal Kempapura, Bengaluru - 560024. The term 'you' refers to the user or viewer of our website.

2. Privacy Policy & Data Collection

We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

• Contact information including verified email address and phone number
• Demographic information such as destination preferences and interests
• Other information relevant to custom travel quotations and MICE proposals

3. Terms for Quotation

• The quotations sent to clients are valid for 5 days from the date of issuance unless specified otherwise on dynamic rates.
• Seat-In-Coach (SIC) services operate from selected hotels only. For properties outside service areas, private transfers will be arranged at additional cost.
• Room preferences (such as bed types, early check-in, or adjoining rooms) are subject to hotel availability at the time of check-in.
• Full payment to be completed prior to 15 days of check-in except during Peak Seasons (30 days prior).
• Airport Transfers before 08:00 AM & after 06:00 PM are arranged on a private basis.
• Hotel standard check-in is generally from 14:00 hrs and check-out is 12:00 noon.

4. Tour Guidelines & Code of Conduct

• Sightseeing schedules are subject to local weather conditions and unforeseen regulatory mandates.
• All guests are required to carry government-issued photo identification (Voter ID, Passport, Driving License, or Aadhaar).
• In case of passenger failure to produce valid documentation, bookings will be treated as No-Show with standard policies applied.
• Guests are requested to adhere strictly to departure schedules provided by the on-ground concierge.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policies

• Tour cancellation 30+ days prior to arrival: 10% administrative deduction of total tour cost.
• Cancellation 30 to 16 days prior to arrival: 50% deduction of total tour cost.
• Cancellation 15 to 8 days prior to arrival: 75% deduction of total tour cost.
• Cancellation within 7 days of arrival: 100% deduction of tour price.
• Peak period cancellations (1st Nov – 31st May): 100% cancellation charge within 30 days prior to arrival.
• Qualified refund disbursements are credited back to the original source of payment within 15 working days following supplier reconciliation.
